Our office is conveniently located in the thriving downtown Chula Vista area. Located midway between the Interstate 805 and Interstate 5 Freeways our location provides easy access for all our patient's. We are 1/2 a block North of La Bella's Pizza on Third Avenue, and have plenty of parking in-front or behind our building. We have been in the same location since 1991, and have recently expanded to modernize our rehabilitation center. We are very proud of the newly built arch on Third Avenue that serves as an easy landmark for our office.
